Contestants must be 18 yrs of
age
(must show identification at registration)
Must have cowboy hat & cowboy boots to compete
Contestants will
be judged on appearance, poise & congeniality
Judges will ask series of questions
Contestants will be judged on point system
There will be 5 judges.
Winners must
present for Rock Bottom events
There will be 3 winners selected
